Riding time: 4 hours
This is the perfect tour for beginner motorcycle riders! A chilled cruise along the beautiful Caribbean Coast, stopping in at a handful of white sand beaches and going on two amazing jungle hikes. Start the tour by getting acquainted with the bike with a nice two hour ride down the sunny coastline to the town of Palomino. We stop here for lunch and to check out the beach, before riding back to our accommodation at Rancho Relaxo, where we ditch the bikes and riding gear in exchange for tubes and swimming suits as we head off on local mototaxis, through the jungle to go float down the majestic Buritaca river. Hope you’re thirsty because during the float THE DRINKS ARE ON US!
After the river float we head back to Rancho Relaxo for dinner and leisure time during the evening.
Riding time: 4 hours
We start the day with breakfast surrounded by peacocks at Rancho Relaxo, before hopping back on the bikes to go further explore the coast. On the second day we ask the group to pick 2 options from Cliff-jumping at Quebrada Valencia waterfall, a monkey-jungle hike through Tayrona Park, or some beginner off-road riding on the road to The Lost City. Pending on group size and how were are running for time, we can often visit all 3 options, but failing that, we will stop at a beach and chill for an hour or so on our way back to Santa Marta for 5pm.
Riding time: 6 hours
After breakfast and a cup of coffee or 2 at Rancho Relaxo, we leave our luggage behind and saddle up on the bikes for a 4 hour offroad trail ride along the Quebrada del Sol loop. The route will take us up steep, rocky climbs, through green pastures, across multiple river crossings, and through muddy stretches alongside some indigenous villages. After hours of some of the most beautiful riding on the North Coast of Colombia we descend back down to the ocean where we grab a late lunch, then head to Quebrada Valencia, a multi-layered waterfall complete with cliff jumps for the more daring, then after cooling down and washing the dust off, we make our way back to Santa Marta, ending back at the office around 5 PM.
